TKO Group Holdings is sending more money back to shareholders. The company announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter 2026 cash dividend. The dividend will see TKO Class A common stockholders receive their share of an aggregate distribution of about $150 million from TKO Operating Company, LLC to its equityholders.
