R-Truth is having second thoughts about this one.
This week’s episode of WWE SmackDown saw Royce Keys facing off with Talla Tonga of MFT. Keys got beaten down after the match, but Truth tried to run down and make the save. Damian Priest ran out and stopped him, telling his fellow Tag Team Champion that it’s not worth getting involved.
Truth has been trying to get Priest and Keys on the same page, and did so once again this week. He was shown talking with Royce Keys backstage about the MFTs attacking him earlier in the night, and tried to reason with Keys. He said that Keys is going to love Priest once they get to know each other, using the initials ‘DP’ to refer to Priest.
“Once you get to know DP, you’re going to loooove DP,” Truth said.
“Wait a minute, I don’t even know if that’s PG,” he added, alluding to what the initials mean in a certain industry.
DP means “Display Picture” on social media apps. It also means Director of Photography in the film industry. Truth’s remark, however, was a thinly veiled reference to a term more commonly used in the adult film industry.
This week’s episode of SmackDown took place from Bologna, Italy. It featured the on-air return of Chad Gable, and fans also saw a popular tag team duo split up.
