    India captain Harmanpreet Kaur becomes most capped player in women’s international cricket

    India skipper Harmanpreet Kaur became the most capped player in the history of women’s international cricket during the third T20I against England in Taunton on Tuesday.

    This was her 368th match, going past Suzie Bates’ 367 games. Australia veteran Ellyse Perry follows in third place with 357 matches under her belt.

    Harmanpreet marked her milestone match with an important 40-ball 56 to take India to 180 for five in the series decider against the English.

    Former India captain Mithali Raj is also there in the top five on this list, having played 333 matches in her storied career.

    Harmanpreet Kaur (India) – 368 matches (Tests: 7, ODIs: 164, T20Is: 197)

    Suzie Bates (New Zealand) – 367 matches (ODIs: 184, T20Is: 183)

    Ellyse Perry (Australia) – 357 matches (Tests: 15, ODIs: 168, T20Is: 174)

    Mithali Raj (India) – 333 matches (Tests: 12, ODIs: 232, T20Is: 89)

    Sophie Devine (New Zealand) – 313 matches (ODIs: 159, T20Is: 154)
