Kairi Sane isn’t saying where she’s going next. But she wants fans to know she’s on her way.
Now officially a free agent following her WWE release, the former Women’s Champion took to Twitter on July 23 with a short message that immediately got fans talking.
“How Far I’ll Go… See you soon.❤️”
Alongside the post, Sane shared a photo of herself standing beside a motorcycle, offering no additional explanation and leaving fans to speculate about what exactly she was teasing. The message is the strongest indication yet that Sane is preparing to return to wrestling following her departure from WWE earlier this year.
Earlier this year, Sane addressed the speculation surrounding her release for the first time, pushing back against the many rumors that had circulated online. While she didn’t reveal exactly what led to her exit, she made one thing clear—her passion for wrestling has never changed.
“What I can say is I know there’s been a lot of speculation, but I truly love this work, my teammates, and my fans. I’ve never walked away, and I’ve given my all in everything I do.”
Her statement came after conflicting reports about her departure. Dave Meltzer reported she had indicated an interest in returning to Japan, while WrestleVotes claimed WWE had no plans to bring her back despite the fan-driven #WeWantKairi campaign.
Now, with her WWE contract officially behind her, the conversation has shifted from why she left to where she’ll show up next. Sane isn’t giving away any answers just yet, but if her latest message is any indication, fans may not have to wait much longer to find out what’s next.
