Las Vegas Raiders star tight end Brock Bowers says he feels “100 percent” after a knee injury limited him to 12 games last season and affected him throughout.

“I feel great,” he told reporters on Thursday. “It feels good to be back out there, practicing full speed [and] getting back into football with all the guys again.”

Bowers took the NFL by storm as a rookie in 2024, catching 112 passes for 1,194 yards and five touchdowns. But his production waned last season in five fewer games, as he finished with 64 catches for 680 yards and seven touchdowns.

Still, he’s one of the key offensive playmakers for the Raiders, joining rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza and second-year running back Ashton Jeanty. The Raiders are rebuilding, with a new head coach in Klint Kubiak, but the trio of Mendoza, Bowers and Jeanty offers plenty of upside for the future.

Bowers in particular should be an instant favorite of Mendoza.

“I’ve been blessed to be a part of some great tight end groups and be around some great tight end groups, and Brock certainly fits right into those guys,” Raiders offensive coordinator Andrew Janocko told reporters. “When you have a great tight end that can do stuff for your offense, that can change games, that can change the way you attack defenses.”
