In the main event, Perez improved to 15-0 (7 KOs) with the split decision victory over Gonzalez, who fell to 29-5-1 (14 KOs), following 12 competitive rounds.

Gonzalez had the edge in the opening round, while Perez responded by taking the second. Perez began to establish control during the middle rounds, outlanding Gonzalez from the fourth through the sixth.

In the seventh round, Gonzalez landed a right hook to the body, but Perez answered with combinations of his own to secure another round. From the eighth through the tenth, Perez’s superior hand speed continued to make the difference as swelling developed beneath Gonzalez’s right eye.

Perez maintained the momentum in the eleventh round, once again outlanding Gonzalez. The twelfth and final round proved to be the most competitive of the fight, but Perez appeared to do enough to close the show strongly.

The judges scored the bout 115-113 for Gonzalez and 115-113 twice for Perez.

    Referee: Chris Young.

In the co-main event, WBO No. 8-ranked lightweight Joshua “Double J” Pagan improved to 16-0 (5 KOs) with a unanimous decision victory over Rodolfo Bustamante, who dropped to 23-2-1 (13 KOs), after 10 rounds.

Pagan controlled the opening two rounds with his superior activity. In the third round, he landed several unanswered punches before Bustamante connected with a right hand late in the frame. Pagan had a dominant fourth round, consistently outlanding Bustamante and hurting him in the closing minute.

Pagan continued to dictate the pace in the fifth round, finishing with a strong offensive burst. During the closing seconds of the seventh, Pagan landed four punches while Bustamante answered with several missed attempts. Bustamante suffered a cut over his left eyebrow in the eighth round.

Bustamante enjoyed his best success in the ninth as Pagan adopted a more defensive approach. However, Pagan finished strongly in the tenth and final round to cap off the victory.

The judges scored the fight 99-91, 100-90, and 98-92.

    Referee: Ben Rodriguez.

WBO NABO middleweight champion Troy “Transformer” Isley improved to 16-0 (6 KOs), stopping Leonardo Di Stefano, 17-8 (14 KOs), in the fifth round of their scheduled 10-round bout.

Featherweight southpaw Shannel “The Sniper” Butler, 7-0 (3 KOs), was scheduled to face Mayerlin “La Monita” Rivas, 17-6-3 (11 KOs), in an eight-round contest.

Heavyweight Bryant “By-By” Jennings, 26-4 (15 KOs), the former IBF International and WBO NABO champion, was scheduled to meet Robert Sims, 12-6-1 (3 KOs), in an eight-round bout.

Super welterweight Jaquan “King Quan” McElroy improved to 7-0 (2 KOs) with a unanimous decision victory over Damian Munoz, who fell to 4-3 (2 KOs), after six rounds.

McElroy displayed an impressive variety of skills in the opening round against the taller Munoz. He outworked Munoz in the second round before absorbing a right hand to the chin in the closing minute. McElroy maintained control in the third round.

In the fourth round, McElroy fought effectively off the ropes, landing a series of punches to both the head and body. During the fifth round, he connected with several uppercuts that drew blood from Munoz’s nose.

McElroy dominated most of the sixth and final round before Munoz landed a right hand with one minute remaining. McElroy closed strongly to secure the victory.

All three judges scored the contest 60-54.

    Referee: Ansel Stewart.

Heavyweight southpaw Sardius Simmons improved to 9-0 (5 KOs) with a stoppage victory over Walter Burns, 8-4 (6 KOs), in their scheduled six-round bout.

Bantamweight Caleb Tirado improved to 2-0 (1 KO) with a decision victory over Osmar Rodriguez, who fell to 6-7 (2 KOs), after six competitive rounds.

Tirado switched to southpaw during the opening two rounds and held a slight advantage in a spirited contest. In the third round, he used his movement effectively while continuing to outwork Rodriguez, who had never been stopped.

Rodriguez enjoyed a strong fourth round, outlanding Tirado. Tirado regained control in the fifth, using his footwork and hand speed to take the round.

The sixth and final round was highly competitive, but Tirado appeared to do enough to secure the decision.

The judges scored the bout 58-55 and 58-56 twice.

    Referee: Ben Rodriguez.
