Shotzi Blackheart has new gold around her waist.

On the June 6 episode of MLW Fusion, Shotzi defeated Shoko Nakajima to become the new MLW Women’s World Champion. The title was previously known as the MLW Women’s Featherweight Championship. Shotzi picked up the win after hitting a top rope senton to put Nakajima away.

This marks Shotzi’s first reign as MLW Women’s Champion. The match was taped back on February 7, but it officially aired on MLW Fusion this week. Shotzi has already defended the title twice since winning it, including one successful defense in CMLL. Nakajima’s reign ends at 308 days. She made six successful title defenses before losing the championship to Shotzi.

Shotzi is also currently the House of Glory Women’s Champion, so she is stacking up titles fast. Shotzi Blackheart is clearly staying busy after her WWE exit, and now she has another major championship to show for it.
