Tonight on a special edition of AEW Dynamite, we dedicate the show and pay tribute to Benjamin Satterly, also known to AEW fans as PAC.
The women’s action for tonight features a Trios match pitting Marina Shafir, Hyan, and Thunder Rosa against Doctor Britt Baker, D.M.D., the TBS Champion, Persephone, and the AEW Women’s World Champion, Mercedes Moné. There’s a lot of combustible elements on opposing sides as well as the teams themselves, but tonight they put that aside for “The Bastard.”
Hyan and Rosa have the upper hand on Persephone, but Persephone tags into her partner, Baker, as the two teams go at it. Shafir makes the tag in, and lays it out all on her opposition and drives Persephone into the apron.
Rosa finds herself in trouble against the opposing team as she finds herself trapped from making the tag. Moné and Rosa collide in the middle of the ring, and Rosa finds the tag out to Shafir.
Moné is taking all the offense of Shafir, but the world champ is not afraid to strike her right in her face. Shafir hits a PAC-style German suplex and tries to lock in the Mother’s Milk on “The CEO,” but Persephone stops that from happening. Baker tags in as all hell breaks loose within the ring.
Baker is left in the ring with Shafir and is ready to lock in the Lockjaw. Hyan and Rosa take out Persephone from the outside, and Shafir throws Baker to lock in PAC’s submission hold, The Brutalizer, to pick up the win.
All of us at Diva Dirt send our condolences to PAC’s family, friends, and fans during this time.
