Rangers are now as short as 13/10 to lift the William Hill Premiership title following their 1-0 victory over Celtic on Saturday afternoon.

The Hoops, looking to win yet another Scottish crown, are out to 4/6 (from 1/3) to retain the title and they’ll need to bounce back quickly after the international break.

Derek McInnes’ side have been backed into 13/10 (from 9/4) to lift the crown and it looks like this fierce Glasgow rivalry could be one to follow throughout the campaign – based on Saturday’s performance and outcome at Celtic Park.

    Scottish Premiership Outright Winner Odds:

    Celtic – 4/6

    Rangers – 13/10

    Hearts – 20/1

    Bar – 250/1

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “It feels like Rangers have finally announced their arrival in this year’s William Hill Scottish Premiership title race following a hard-fought 1-0 win in the Old Firm and we’ve significantly cut their odds to pick up a first title since 2021.

“Derek McInnes’ men are now just narrowly behind their Glasgow rivals at 13/10 in our outright betting market, having traded at 9/4 before today’s fixture.

“It’s been a tough week for Celtic and Martin O’Neill’s side are now 4/6 from 1/3 for their sixth straight title, with the gap in the market continuing to narrow.”
