• Hearts come into the weekend still searching for their first competitive win of the season after what’s been a brutal start to life under Wouter Vrancken. Last year’s title push went right to the final day, but losing Derek McInnes, Lawrence Shankland and Cammy Devlin to Rangers was always going to make this campaign harder.
• Four straight defeats have followed, including Thursday night’s 6-1 hammering away to Benfica which has all but ended their Europa League hopes before the second leg has even arrived.

• Dundee United, meanwhile, finished seventh last season after a steady mid‑table campaign and opened their new Premiership season with a draw against Rangers — a solid result given they were outsiders going into the game.
• United have now drawn seven of their last ten Premiership openers (W1, L2), including each of the last five, but they’ll be targeting all three points here as they look to upset the odds again.
• The Terrors have every reason to feel confident at Tynecastle too, having avoided defeat on each of their last three visits (W2, D1). Jim Goodwin’s side are 19/5 with William Hill to take the win in Edinburgh.

• Motherwell enjoyed an excellent season last year under Jens Berthel Askou, finishing fourth after playing some genuinely impressive football. Askou’s departure to Toulouse means Alfred Johansson is now in charge, but the transition has been smooth so far.
• A 2-1 win away at Hibernian on the opening weekend set the tone, and a 1-1 draw with HJK in their Conference League qualifier kept that momentum going, which should fill them with confidence.
• However, this fixture hasn’t been kind to Motherwell in recent years. They haven’t beaten Falkirk in any of their last six meetings (D2, L4), though they still head into the game as slight favourites at 17/20 with William Hill.

• Falkirk’s sixth‑place finish last season was a strong return for a side climbing back up the divisions after consecutive promotions from League One and the Championship. They’ll want to build on that, even if their 2-0 defeat to St Mirren last weekend wasn’t the ideal start.

Significant Conditions

1. The promotion runs from 08:00 (UK time) on Thursday 7th August 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Terms (the “Promotion Period”).
2. This Acca Boost promotion is available to both online customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland using the William Hill website (williamhill.com – the “Website”) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (together, the “Apps”) and UK retail customers in William Hill shops.
3. To qualify, place a Qualifying Acca on a Sports Betting Terminal or over the counter on Smart Hub SSBT in William Hill shops, or online via the Website or the App, during the Promotion Period.
4. A “Qualifying Acca” is:
   1. A cash stake of any value (no minimum stake);
   2. On any football acca made of 4 or more selections;
   3. Each with odds of 1/5 (1.2) or bigger;
   4. On the Promotion Markets.
5. The “Promotion Markets” are:
   1. 90 Minutes;
   2. 90 Minutes 2 Up;
   3. Both Teams To Score;
   4. Match Under/Over Goals.
6. No opt in required. If the requirements of a Qualifying Acca are met, the promotion will be applied automatically. If any acca contains any selection with odds of less than 1/5 (1.2), it will not be a Qualifying Acca.
7. Qualifying Acca wins (less the value of the original stake) will receive an “Acca Boost”, whereby winnings will be boosted by a variable percentage, dependent on the number of selections in the Qualifying Acca:
   1. 4 selections – 5% Acca Boost
   2. 5 selections – 7.5% Acca Boost
   3. 6 selections – 10% Acca Boost
   4. 7 selections – 15% Acca Boost
   5. 8 selections – 20% Acca Boost
   6. 9 selections – 25% Acca Boost
   7. 10 selections – 30% Acca Boost
   8. 11 selections – 35% Acca Boost
   9. 12 selections – 40% Acca Boost
   10. 13 selections – 45% Acca Boost
   11. 14 selections – 50% Acca Boost
   12. 15 selections or above – 100% Acca Boost
8. The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.
9. The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:
   1. For retail customers: £2,000
   2. For online customers: £10,000.
10. There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.
11. In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.
12. In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.
13. Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.
14. Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with the Acca Boost
15. Any acca that has been cashed out will not be eligible for an Acca Boost.
16. For retail customers, the promotion is not available on standard over the counter bets.
