William Hill News tipster @Footy_Tipster previews Sunday’s William Hill Premiership action from across Scotland.

Hearts v Dundee FC Prediction: Match Result & 2+ Match Goals – Hearts (7/10), Hearts 2-0 Dundee (7/1)

St Johnstone v Hibernian Prediction: Hibernian To Win (6/4), St Johnstone 0-1 Hibernian (15/2)

The William Hill Premiership serves up a compelling double‑header on Sunday with two 3pm kick‑offs.

In Edinburgh, Hearts return to Tynecastle and welcome a Dundee side looking to upset the odds, whilst St Johnstone and Hibernian battle it out for three points at McDiarmid Park.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some William Hill Premiership odds and betting angles for Sunday’s fixtures:

    Hearts v Dundee FC – Sunday, 3pm

View all available markets at William Hill

    • Hearts were humbled in Lisbon back in August after that 6–1 defeat to Benfica in the Europa League, but things have improved dramatically since. Wouter Vrancken’s side are now unbeaten in seven matches across all competitions.
    • The Jambos return to home soil after enjoying a real party in their neighbours’ back garden on Thursday night, with a 3–1 victory against Hibs will have filled the squad with confidence ahead of Dundee’s visit on Sunday.
    • All signs point towards another Hearts win. They beat Dundee in all three league meetings last season, and now have the chance to make it four from four for the first time since October 2024. Punters can back a Hearts victory at 1/2 with William Hill.

    • Dundee make the trip to Edinburgh winless in their last two William Hill Premiership outings, and bouncing back here will be a real challenge given they’ve lost five of their last six league visits to Tynecastle.
    • A victory for Steven Pressley’s side would secure back‑to‑back away league wins for the first time since January 2025, following their 2–0 triumph over rivals Dundee United in August.
    • The Dee will be aiming to claim just their second win at Tynecastle since 2022, and William Hill make the visitors 24/5 to do exactly that.

    St Johnstone v Hibernian – Sunday, 3pm

    • Following their relegation in the 2024/2025 campaign, St Johnstone returned to the William Hill Premiership at the first time of asking, they’ve since won just one of their first four games, whilst that remains their only win in any of the last six across all competitions.
    • The Saints have won just one of their last four league meetings with Hibernian, with their last victory coming back in April 2024, Simo Valakari’s side can be backed for victory at 7/4 with William Hill.

    • Hibs were left devastated on Thursday night after a 3–1 defeat to rivals Hearts, having played much of the second half with ten men.
    • They should still feel confident about bouncing back here. The Hibees have lost just two of their last thirteen league visits to this ground and haven’t been beaten here since 2023.
    • With four straight away wins in the Scottish top flight, Hibs now have the chance to make it five in a row for the first time in the William Hill Premiership since 2005. They can be backed at 6/4 to get the job done.
