Auxerre have confirmed the appointment of Will Still as their new head coach.
The 33-year-old, who became the youngest coach in the top five European leagues when he took charge at Reims in 2022, had an ill-fated spell at Southampton in 2025-26.
Still enjoyed success at Reims, starting his tenure with a 14-game unbeaten streak in all competitions, and went 17 games without defeat in Ligue 1.
He left Reims towards the end of the 2023-24 season, joining Lens, but he spent just one season there before he headed to Southampton.
L’AJA est heureuse d’annoncer l’arrivée de Will Still au poste d’entraîneur jusqu’en juin 2028, plus une année en option.

However, Still managed just four wins from 16 games in charge of Southampton, and he was sacked in November with the Saints 21st in the Championship.
Still has now returned to France to take charge of Auxerre, signing a two-year deal with an option for a third.
Auxerre finished 15th in Ligue 1 in 2025-26.
Still has won 50 of the 131 senior matches he has overseen so far in his career (38.2%), losing 47 games and drawing 34 times.
