Dalielibieke believed he could continue after Bowen unloaded with punches during a heated exchange. Both men had traded heavy shots without giving ground before Bowen forced the stoppage. Dalielibieke immediately challenged the decision, then took his complaint directly to Hearn as frustration over the referee’s call became the main talking point.
Omar El-Abdallah broke Jordan Towns down in a punishing third round, sending him to the canvas twice as he pushed hard for the finish. Towns climbed back to his feet and made it through the round, but the fight went no further. The referee stopped the contest before Round 4 began.
