Blake Monroe is finally doing it on the Aug. 21 episode of Smackdown – she will have her debut match.
Monroe’s wait has stretched on as her initial vignette premiered in April before she made her way to SmackDown. After a series of vignettes in June, she finally appeared and has been featured in segments ever since. Now, in August, she is set to debut in the ring after a four-month wait. She will face off against Giulia, a former two-time WWE Women’s United States Champion.
Although this is the only women’s action scheduled, there likely will be following up for a few storylines. Jacy Jayne has become the WWE Women’s United States Champion as of last week, defeating Tiffany Stratton. Will Stratton get a rematch?
And although their feud seems to be featured more online than on screen, what is next between Paige and Nikki Bella?
