Roxanne Perez has become the fourth woman to qualify for the upcoming Money in the Bank ladder match on Oct. 10. She joins Sol Ruca, Lola Vice, and Jacy Jayne who have already qualified. The fifth qualifier will take place this Friday on SmackDown between Charlotte Flair vs. Lash Legend vs. Giulia.
Perez won a Triple Threat on Raw. The match included a prior MITB winner IYO SKY and the AAA Reina de Reins Champion La Catalina. The last time Catalina was on Raw was back in 2019 when she was signed to the NXT brand.
The final moments of the match had SKY set up both women for the Over the Moonsault, but Perez moved out of the way as Catalina took the brunt of the landing. Perez snuck in on SKY and delivered Pop Rox for the win.
Later in the night, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce brought out Lola Vice. Vice won her qualifier in her Raw debut last week. This week, Pearce confirmed she had signed her contract. Vice says that her mother immigrated from Cuba to give her a better life and her father taught her how to fight. She’s not worried who will be in MITB as her fists don’t lie.
Perez interrupted Vice saying she doesn’t care about Vice’s contract signing or her father teaching her how to fight. She says she could teach Vice a thing or two and at MITB she will probe how Vice is levels below her. Perez narrowly avoids a spinning back fist to end the segment.
