They thrashed Gwersyllt Park by 100 runs after opening up with 232 for seven.
Openers Elliot Colclough and Sion Morris both hit 32 before Richard Walker’s unbeaten 73 took Northop to a match-winning total.
Ralf Fernando took 3-52 for Gwersyllt, who were bowled for 132 in their reply.
Captain Jamie Griffiths top scored with 33 as Bart Ryan-Beswick landed 4-33 and Shay Williams (3-40).
Brymbo fell 16 runs short as they chased 277 for nine versus St Asaph.
Chris Taylor’s superb 109 for Brymbo was backed up by Henry Lunn’s unbeaten 89 but time ran out for the hosts on 262 for nine.
Evan Williams top scored for the Saints with a brilliant 122 as man of the match Taylor took 4-22.
Brymbo have slipped to fourth place, 18 points behind leaders Menai Bridge who beat second-placed Denbigh by 59 runs.
Ayush Verma (60) top scored in Menai’s 248 for nine while despite 68 from Sam Lewis, Denbigh perished for 189.
Reigning champions Bangor hit the biggest score of the day – 320 for six in a 132-run win at Mold.
Nathanael Scott’s 127 was the highlight of the day while Isaac Allen (75) top scored in Mold’s 188 all out.
Hawarden Park prop up the table after a 138-run defeat at home to Mochdre, who posted 277 for five.
Adam Campion (102 not out) added his name to the day’s list of centurions while Hawarden were all out for 139.
One more boundary was all Buckley required to make it a triumphant weekend.
It was a close encounter as Buckley’s trip to high-flying Conwy ended in a narrow three-run defeat.
A knock of 40 not out from number nine Robert Gater was crucial in Conwy’s 186 for nine, with the hosts recovering from 93 for six.
Lee Taylor (3-11) and Jack Whitley (3-30) were the pick of the bowlers for Buckley, whose response finished agonisingly short on 183 for nine (Rocco Franco 57, Ben Callow 3-40).
It’s now six wins out of six for front-runners Llandudno, who got the better of Northop Seconds by seven wickets. Northop set 143 for eight from their 45 overs and Ajay Dhawan’s unbeaten 56 helped Llandudno to 144 for three.
Third-placed Pontblyddyn breezed to an eight-wicket triumph at Bethesda, who were all out for 152 (Carwyn L Williams 77, Chris Moss 4-25).
Michael Littler (54), Cayo Jones (45 not out) and Vishwa Manawaduge (41 not out) led the visitors to 155 for two inside 20 overs.
Gresford eased to a 90-run victory at Mochdre Seconds after amassing 258 for six (Daniel Williams 72, Chris Ellwood 65). Simon Perry (4-29) and Mohammadi Gul (3-36) then played their part as the hosts were dismissed for 168.
Matthew Towey (82 not out) and skipper Ben Roberts (51) were hugely impressive with the bat as Halkyn eased to a nine-wicket success at Bangor Seconds, while Connah’s Quay prevailed by 25 runs in a high-scoring contest at home to Abergele, who made 220 for nine (Gwil Lloyd Jones 80). Earlier in the day, Joshua Clarke (73) and Luke Bennett (70) helped Quay to 245 for six.
