William Hill News tipster @Footy_Tipster previews Sunday’s William Hill Premiership action between Rangers and Hibernian.

    Our Prediction: Rangers -1 Handicap (7/5) , Rangers 2-0 Hibernian (15/2)

Ibrox takes centre stage on Sunday as Rangers look for their first win of the season, while Hibernian make the trip west aiming to cause an upset and kick‑start their campaign with a statement result in the William Hill Premiership.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some William Hill Premiership odds and betting angles for Sunday’s fixture:

    Rangers v Hibernian – Sunday, 4pm

View all available markets at William Hill

    • Rangers have turned to Derek McInnes this season but it’s been a tough start for the man who lead Hearts to a real title challenge last season, the Gers played out a 1-1 stalemate in their opener against Dundee Utd before losing 2-1 on Thursday in the Europa League against Polish side Jagiellonia.
    • All eyes will be on Ibrox next week for the return leg but for now Rangers welcome Hibs looking for their first win of the season, McInnes stated “We’ve seen a lot tonight of what I thought Rangers were last season” following Thursday’s defeat, he needs to see more from his new side.
    • Maybe a lack of pre-season action is playing it’s part here given Rangers played just two games before their opener last week, they’ve won three of their last five meetings in this fixture and William Hill price the home side at 8/15 to win at Ibrox.

    • Hibernian lost their opening game of the William Hill Premiership against Motherwell but bounced back on the European stage on Thursday night with a 2-1 victory against Shkendija in the conference league, giving them a lead to defend next week.
    • Hibs enjoyed their last visit to Ibrox winning 2-1 back in May and will be looking to defy the betting odds again here, as they look to pick up their first points of the season with dreams of another top five finish in the top-flight.
    • The Hibees travel to Glasgow priced at 4/1 with William Hill to beat Rangers on Sunday, it’s worth noting that albeit in different circumstances, they were a similar price when they won here back in May.

    8. The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.
    9. The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:
      1. For retail customers: £2,000
      2. For online customers: £10,000.
    10. There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.
    11. In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.
    12. In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.
    13. Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.
