    Offseason moves by the Broncos

With help from CBS Sports, here is a rundown of notable additions and departures from the Broncos this offseason.

    • Additions: WR Jaylen Waddle, DT Tyler Onyedim, RB Jonah Coleman
    • Departures: DL John Franklin-Myers, S PJ Locke, LB Dre Greenlaw

“Given that Denver already boasted one of the top rosters in the conference, there wasn’t much on the offseason to-do list, but adding another pass catcher opposite of Courtland Sutton was certainly one of them, and they do just that with Waddle.” – Tyler Sullivan

Stats to know from the 2025 NFL season

The Denver offense ranked 15th in points per game last season, averaging 23.2 per contest. The defense, meanwhile, was one of the most disruptive and stingy in football, giving up just 18.5 points per game — the fourth-best mark in the NFL.

    Players to know

QB Bo Nix: Last season, Nix completed 63% of his passes at 6.4 yards per attempt with 28 touchdowns to 12 interceptions.

RB JK Dobbins, RJ Harvey: The duo had a relatively split workload out of the backfield and rushed for a combined 1,369 yards, including the playoffs, with 11 touchdowns.

WR Jaylen Waddle: The Broncos acquired Waddle from Miami in a blockbuster trade. Waddle had 910 receiving yards last season with six touchdowns, and has surpassed 1,000 yards in three of his five seasons.

DT Zach Allen, DE Nik Bonitto: Two of the most disruptive pass rushers at their respective position groups, both Allen and Bonitto surpassed 70 pressures during the regular season.

CB Pat Surtain II: Surtain allowed a completion rate of just 52% while coming away with an interception and nine pass breakups.
