Kelani Jordan is still your NXT Women’s Champion after Saturday’s Halloween Havoc event.
Jordan took on Wren Sinclair and the match did end with controversy. Sinclair had locked in her Final Wrench submission and was determined to not let it go. On the third time she executed the full submission, Jordan used the rope as leverage after she reversed it and got the pin.
Later in the night, Jordan approached Robert Stone to show that she can defeat anyone put in front of her. Stone says that Jordan will be defending the gold next during this week’s NXT, which will be on Wednesday night. He says he has spoken to Nick Aldis and Adam Pearce and her opponent will be a mystery.
Izzi Dame picked up a big win at Halloween Havoc on Saturday against the NXT Women’s North American Champion, Zaria. Despite the win, the title was not on the line.
