Josh Bishop Drawing TNA Interest After WWE Tryout

Josh Bishop may have another wrestling option waiting for him after taking part in a recent WWE tryout.

TNA Wrestling has shown interest in Bishop following his work with 4th Rope Wrestling, according to Fightful Select. Bishop was also part of WWE’s August tryouts, putting his name on the radar of multiple companies at the same time.

Bishop has recently been working with MLW without being under contract. He stepped into the company’s tag team title picture after Baron Corbin moved on to WWE, with matches taped in May and June still airing on MLW programming.

That could put Bishop in an unusual situation if TNA brings him in. He could have MLW matches airing on television while coming off a WWE tryout and potentially showing up for TNA shortly after. Nothing has been finalized with TNA, but Bishop clearly has several companies paying attention to what he does next.
