The match took place at Ventnor CC on Thursday, May 21, with Cornwall batting first and reaching 219 for 6 from their 45 overs.
The top scorers for Cornwall were captain Sean Hooper with 52 and former England goalkeeper Nigel Martyn with 43.
Ali Cotton was the standout bowler for the Isle of Wight, taking 3-50.

In response, the Isle of Wight lost an early wicket but quickly found their rhythm.
Andy Day, who scored 75 off 70 balls, including four sixes, and Mark Fletcher with 54, built a solid 125-run partnership for the second wicket.
With the score at 156-3, the target was well within reach.
Andy White led the final stages of the chase with 30 not out, supported by Jim Thorn (19) and Kerry Rice (26*).
The Isle of Wight team comfortably reached their target, marking their first county Over-50s victory against a team other than the Channel Islands in many years.
This victory is a significant boost for the team as they prepare to face the Channel Islands on June 14, in Lymington.
