Tonight, we finally determine who will become the new TBS Champion in a Survival of the Fittest Match on AEW Dynamite!

Competitors in a Survival of the Fittest Match are eliminated by pinfall or submission, and the winner is determined until there is one woman left standing. Stepping up to the plate is Harley Cameron, Hikaru Shida, the CMLL Women’s World Champion Persephone, Kris Statlander, Queen Aminata, and Stardom’s Maika.

The ring begins to clear out as Persephone and Shida are left in the ring. Cameron finds an opportunity to align with Persephone, but that backfires as Persephone drops Cameron and eliminates her.

Maika and Statlander devise an alliance as well and take out the competition on the outside. But it’s short-lived as the two start going at it. Statlander runs for the ropes but meets a kendo stick in the back by Shida. She tries to get her revenge on Shida, but is stopped in her tracks by Persephone. As Maika is preoccupied with the referee, Shida gets leverage on her with a surprise pin to eliminate her.

Aminata is dealing with Shida and is about to put her out until Persephone rolls her up and steals the pin. Shida is taken out for the moment, as Persephone and Statlander are left to battle.

Statlander battles for the pin on Persephone and eliminates her. Shida and Statlander are now left in the ring, as Shida looks to play dirty in this match. The Ankle Lock is locked in on Statlander, but as Statlander tries to reach the ropes, she gets hit in the skull with the TBS title by Persephone. Statlander is knocked out cold, and the referee signals for the bell to crown Shida the new TBS Champion.

Also tonight, we hear from the two-time Owen Hart Foundation Tournament winner, Mercedes Moné, who is All In for Wembley Stadium.
