England veterans, with ex-Prem and EFL players, thrash France 4-0 to win the 2026 Seniors World Cup Final out in Thailand.

The tournament was in its 18th edition, played out between the 1st and 6th of June, held in Ubon Ratchathani, just outside of Bangkok.

England Veterans were the current holders, and went into the final as 8 times winners of the Seniors World Cup, which is held annually by the SFA of Thailand since 2006.

Fans were able to watch the game via the Amigo Sports Media YouTube channel, Group A consisting England, Thailand, USA and Taiwan, while Group B included Australia, France, Laos and New Zealand.

According to The Sun, “the format requires each side to have three players aged 40 to 44, four players aged 45 to 49 and three players aged 50 or older on the pitch at one time, with rolling subs for the over 50s and matches will be 20-minute quarters.”
