William Hill now make Brighton their joint-fourth favourites to win the Premier League this season.

The Seagulls were 25/1 before the weekend in Hills’ outright market but now trade at 16/1 after thrashing Crystal Palace on Sunday, putting them level with Liverpool in the betting – who they play this weekend at Anfield.

Only Chelsea (10/1), Manchester City (10/3), and Arsenal (4/9) are ahead of Brighton in the market.

Fabian Hürzeler’s side are also odds-on at 4/6 to finish in the top 5 and potentially qualify for the Champions League for the first time in the club’s history, placing them fifth ahead of Manchester United (6/4).

    • Arsenal – 1/100
    • Manchester City – 1/4
    • Chelsea – 2/7
    • Liverpool – 1/3
    • Brighton – 4/6
    • Manchester United – 6/4
    • BAR – 2/1

Spokesperson for William Hill, Lee Phelps, said: “Brighton haven’t showed any signs of slowing down in their extraordinary start to the season, and the Seagulls are now joint-fourth in our Premier League outright market.

“We give Fabian Hürzeler’s men the same chance of winning the title this season as Liverpool (16/1), who they face this Sunday at Anfield.

“Elsewhere, Brighton are odds-on to finish in the top 5 this season, which would potentially see them quality for the Champions League for the first time in their history.”
