Town won by five wickets with Jamie Anson instrumental with five scalps as Grange were dismissed for 272.
Driff then reached their target with two overs to spare.
Alec Drury led the way, carrying his bat with 115 and Elliot Hatton added 77 as Town sealed victory.
In Premier 2, Bridlington had a 58-run success.
Freddie Gunning led the way with 88 as Brid posted 267/7 batting first.
Casey Rudd’s 5/35 then helped skittle Harrogate 2nds for 209.
Folkton & Flixton stunned Scarborough by nine wickets in their derby clash in Championship East.
Danny O’Connor hit 47 but Boro were bowled out by 127 in 32 overs.
Marley Ward and Harry Walmsley took three wickets each.
Will Hutchinson made 76 not out as the villagers eased to victory, firing 128/1 using just half their 50 overs.
Driffield 2nds returned to form with 311/3 from 50 overs- Nick Dobbin made an impressive 124 not out with Ollie Goldsworthy hitting 108.
Opponents Wykeham then mustered just 112 with Ollie Ezard taking 4/21.
Seamer & Irton won a thriller against Hornsea.
After choosing to bat first, Seamer made 231, with Greenwood posting 69 and Chadwick 52.
Hornsea skipper Joe Butterworth took 5/41.
In reply, Doug Griebenouw’s 54 wasn’t enough to prevent a 10-run defeat, with Hornsea bowled out on the penultimate ball of their 50th over.
Toby Jones took 4/65 for Seamer.
Another tight encounter that went to the final over, saw Scalby edged out by South Holderness.
Scalby made 188 batting first, but then restricted their opponents to 150/8, with Paul Hesp grabbing four wickets.
However, an unbroken 40-run 9th-wicket partnership took Holderness home.
In Championship Central, Malton & Old Malton’s progress was stalled by a 36-run defeat at Heworth.
The York side made 222/7 batting first with 3/35 for Adam Spaven.
Skipper Matthew Turnbull made 52 as Malton at least batted out their overs.
Pickering’s struggles continue, after a battling three-wicket defeat at Goole.
They were bowled out for only 140, despite 50 exactly from Andrew Sharman.
Goole recovered from 11/3 to get home with two wickets each for Tom Croot, Kieran Bowes and Joe Harland.
