Athena main events ROH’s Death Before Dishonor and continues to be champion for 1,350 days. She defended the gold against STARDOM’s Hazuki. This was her 38th title defense since she won the belt at the end of 2022.
The match went 30 minutes between Athena and Hazuki. Hazuki basically had to battle three-on-one as Billie Starkz and Diamante attempted to do damage when the referee and Athena were knocked out.
After Athena won the match, she and Hazuki showed mutual respect for one another.
Elsewhere on the show, Deonna Purrazzo retained her ROH Women’s Pure Title against Steph De Lander. Red Velvet retained the ROH Women’s TV Title in a four way which included Zayda Steel, Skye Blue, and Marina Shafir. She pinned Shafir to secure her title.

Purrazzo is the inaugural Women’s Pure Champion. She has been champion for 260 days. This is her seventh defense. Velvet is in her second reign as Women’s TV Champion for 260 days as well. This was her eighth title defense.
