AEW star Benjamin Satterley, known as Pac, has died at the age of 40. The shocking news came shortly after AEW All Out. AEW officially announced Satterley’s passing on Sunday. The company remembered him as an incredible performer. AEW also sent condolences to his family and friends.
The post states, “All Elite Wrestling is saddened to announce the passing of Benjamin Satterley, aka Pac. A native of Newcastle upon Tyne, England, Satterley began his wrestling career in 2004 and went on to perform for wrestling organizations all over the world, captivating fans with innovative high-flying moves and incredible in-ring ability. Pac signed with All Elite Wrestling in 2019 and held multiple AEW Championships and competed in some of the most memorable matches in AEW history. Our condolences go out to Satterley’s family, friends and fans.”
Satterley began his wrestling career back in 2004. He competed across the independent wrestling scene. Satterley later joined WWE in 2012, where he performed under the name Neville. He eventually left the company in 2018 before joining AEW.
Pac went on to win multiple championships in AEW. Pac was also a member of the Death Riders. His final AEW appearance came at All Out. He challenged Andrade El Idolo for the AEW National Championship.
PAC also appeared during the main event, competing in the AEW World Championship match between Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay. AEW also provided no details about the cause of his death.
