IYO SKY is officially in this year’s Queen of the Ring finals. On the June 15 episode of Raw, SKY was able to punch her ticket to the finals of the tournament that will take place in Saudi Arabia at Night of Champions later this month. She defeated Raquel Rodriguez.
The final moments of the match had SKY landed a sunset powerbomb to Rodriguez before landing the Over the Moonsault to get the pin. SKY will face the winner between Charlotte Flair vs. Liv Morgan which takes place this Friday on SmackDown.
Speaking of Flair, she and Alexa Bliss made their way to Raw this week. In anticipation for Flair taking on the Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan on Friday in the QOTR semi-finals, she faced Roxanne Perez. The goal of this match for Perez was to wear down Flair for Morgan’s upcoming match with her.
In this match, Perez was focused on her opponent’s right arm which appeared to be a struggle for Flair to use. With Morgan and Alexa Bliss on the outside causing commotion, it would still be Flair to pick up the win with a figure eight submission.
