For some boring reason, Tiffany Stratton has won the Money in the Bank briefcase for a second time. Stratton becomes only the second woman, behind Carmella, to win a Money in the Bank Ladder Match twice.
Other participants this year included: Lola Vice, Roxanne Perez, Lash Legend, Sol Ruca, and Jacy Jayne. Instead of having one of the five women who have never won a world title grab the briefcase, they booked it to a previous champion.
The final moments came down to Stratton and Legend . Legend looked to try and chokeslam Stratton off the ladder, but Stratton used the briefcase to hit Legend repeatedly in the head to knock her off. Stratton then unhooked the briefcase to win.
Another win that wasn’t necessarily, Liv Morgan is once again the Women’s World Champion. She defeated the champion Stephanie Vaquer and also Becky Lynch in a Triple Threat. Hopefully she defends it before the next 100 days. Final moments had Morgan pin Vaquer off of ObLIVion.
Morgan is now a four-time champion and may be on her way to becoming the longest combined days reigning Women’s World Champion/SmackDown Women’s Champion of all time. She is currently listed third at a combined days of 470. Charlotte Flair is in second at 478, while Bayley sits at the longest currently at 519.
