Chelsea have confirmed a 27-man squad for their pre-season tour of Australia and Asia.

Summer signing Marco Palestra is included in Xabi Alonso’s travelling group, alongside Cole Palmer, Joao Pedro, Romeo Lavia, Levi Colwill and Wesley Fofana. Academy players Landon Emenalo, Reggie Walsh, Mahdi Nicoll-Jazuli, Reggie Watson and Ryan Kavuma-McQueen have also been selected.
Chelsea say more first-team players are expected to join the squad during the tour.
The Blues begin against Western Sydney Wanderers on 28 July before facing Tottenham, Juventus, AC Milan and Johor Darul Ta’zim.
