Spain’s FIFA World Cup triumph proved a positive result for William Hill, with the European champions landing as one of the bookmaker’s preferred outcomes in the outright market.
Spain’s victory was also celebrated by 55 William Hill Final One Standing players, who successfully navigated all 12 rounds of the free-to-play game to share the £250,000 jackpot, collecting just over £4,500 each.
