Packers running back Josh Jacobs was arrested in Wisconsin on domestic abuse and other charges, according to a press release from the Hobart-Lawrence Police Department.  Hobart-Lawrence officers were dispatched to a “disturbance complaint” involving Jacobs on Saturday morning.
