asmin St. Claire demanded answers about her mystery pregnancy on the July 16 episode of JCW Lunacy—and somehow the situation got even more insane.
The angle started during the June 25 episode when Jasmin returned and confronted Violent J backstage. After discussing the end of Monster Corp, she revealed a massive baby bump and claimed somebody connected to JCW could be the father. Jasmin then dumped the entire problem on Violent J and ordered the JCW co-owner to figure out who got her pregnant.
“You need to find out who the daddy is.”
Three weeks later, Jasmin opened JCW Lunacy by calling out Violent J and his doctor. She wanted the results immediately and was furious over the way fans had been talking about her since the pregnancy reveal. Jasmin then delivered one of the wildest defenses imaginable.
“Just because I slept with over 50 wrestlers in 30 days doesn’t make me a hoe.”
She also threatened to take control of the promotion and rename it after herself.
“JCW Wrestling will be mine. I’ll give it a different name—Jasmin Championship Wrestling.”
The doctor insisted he and Violent J had not been dragging the process out. He explained that investigating the pregnancy had taken serious work, but they had finally narrowed everything down.
“We have not been stringing you along. I’m not going to bill Violent J for any more hours. It has been a long process just to narrow it down to one person, but tonight we have found a final answer.”
Violent J then confirmed that the father had been identified, but there was a problem with the list Jasmin originally gave them.
“It’s true. We have found out who the baby daddy is.”
Violent J explained that they tested every person Jasmin named, but the father was not included on her original list. He accused her of intentionally leaving the person’s name off and said the investigation had come down to three final candidates. All three men had been tested, but Violent J refused to give the result immediately. Instead, he revealed that the father was on a jet and heading to the show.
Later in the episode, Jasmin was called back to the ring. She said she could not wait another second to learn the truth and took another shot at whoever had gotten her pregnant.
“Someone was supposed to give me two minutes of pleasure, and I still got a baby out of it.”
Jasmin then threatened the unborn child after feeling it kick.
“If this baby kicks me again, I’m going to punch it.”
That line immediately set Violent J off when he returned alongside the doctor. Once everyone settled down, the final three candidates were introduced. The first man brought out was JCW commentary team member Joe Dombrowski. Mad Man Pondo came out next, followed by DJ Clay. All three men entered the ring and sat in chairs as the results were revealed one at a time.
DJ Clay was eliminated first. Joe Dombrowski was ruled out next. That left Mad Man Pondo as the only remaining candidate, but he was also declared not to be the father.
Violent J then asked Jasmin to sit down because there was one more person she had not been told about. He described the mystery man as someone who wore a face covering, came from parts unknown and had no listed birthplace or driver’s license.
Violent J said the final DNA test had been completed less than 40 minutes earlier. The real father was then introduced as Mr. Happy. Jasmin stood in the ring completely furious over the reveal. She refused to stick around, storming away after learning that none of the three men sitting in front of her were responsible.
The JCW baby daddy mystery finally has an answer, but introducing Mr. Happy only created an entirely new pile of questions. Jasmin wanted a name, Violent J gave her one, and now JCW has one of the strangest pregnancy angles in professional wrestling.
What did you think about Mr. Happy being revealed as the father of Jasmin St. Claire’s baby? Did JCW take the angle in the right direction, or was the payoff too ridiculous? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
