The July 10, 2026 episode of WWE SmackDown had several big moments, but one of the most brutal happened after Jade Cargill defeated Alexa Bliss. Cargill won the match, but she wasn’t done there. She launched an arm attack on Bliss, leaving her needing medical help.
The attack came after weeks of tension between Jade Cargill, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss, Michin, and B-Fab. Earlier in the show, Cargill warned Flair that whatever happened to Bliss would be her fault, setting up what happened later that night.
Jade Cargill injured Alexa Bliss’ arm after the match
Alexa Bliss used her speed to keep Cargill on the defensive early in the match. She put together several strong attacks and looked promising. At one point Bliss even tried to hit Sister Abigail, but Cargill escaped before the move connected.
Things soon broke down outside the ring as Flair, Michin, and B-Fab got involved. Flair tried to help Bliss, but Michin and B-Fab stopped her from getting close. With Bliss distracted by everything happening at ringside, Cargill caught her with a huge pump kick and followed it up with Jaded for the pinfall victory.
The match was over, but Cargill wasn’t finished.
Flair rushed into the ring to check on Bliss, but Michin and B-Fab held her back. Cargill went after Bliss again.
She placed Alexa’s arm inside a steel chair, hyperextended her elbow, and then slammed the chair down onto the mat. Bliss screamed in pain as Flair watched helplessly from the corner. After Cargill and her group walked away, Flair finally got to Bliss.
The attack made Bliss’ arm look badly hurt and immediately raised concerns about an injury. WWE officials and medical staff rushed to the ring. She was later shown heading into the trainer’s room with Flair.
The storyline angle looked like it was meant to take Bliss out of action for now, but it is still unknown how long she will be out of action.
