The YouTuber is here…
Logan Paul says it’s a fact that he will beat Jey Uso on Saturday. Paul will be the new World Heavyweight Champion. The crowd boos. Paul says the crowd doesn’t like facts. Paul notes a few negative facts about Jey. The crowd and Paul go back and forth because they keep yeeting. Paul reminds us all that he has knocked out Jey three times. Gunther interrupts. Gunther says Paul seems very confident that he can beat the guy who beat Gunther for the World Championship. If that’s the case, Paul is standing in this ring, thinking he is also better than Gunther. Gunther says that’s fine, Paul should be confident. The people should show Paul more respect than they do. Gunther puts over Paul and his accomplishments. Paul is glowing.
Gunther says he could learn a few things from Paul. Gunther says Paul as champion would be good for business. Paul says Gunther knows business. Gunther says to Paul, It’s business, but for Gunther, it’s personal. Beating Jey Uso for the championship is personal for Gunther. If Paul takes that away from Gunther, he will take that as personal disrespect from Paul. Paul looks terrified. Gunther tells Paul to ask Pat McAfee what he does to non-wrestlers. Gunther says at least McAfee has some heart. When he looks at Paul, he doesn’t see that. When the bell rings, Gunther promises to eat Paul alive. Gunther walks away. Paul screams at Gunther. Jey hops the barricade and superkicks Paul. Jey grabs the mic and says he’ll see Paul at Saturday Night’s Main Event, and Gunther after that.
Grade: C
The less we get Paul on the mic, the better. His promos were biting at first, but now they are just old hat. Gunther’s promo was good, but the crowd could give a crap about most of it. This picked up when Jey appeared, and he finally got one up on Paul. Despite that, neither of Jey’s feuds seems to have much steam at this point. The crowd is into Jey, and that’s about it.
FACT: Jey Uso will go one-on-one against Bron Breakker.

El Grande Americano appears in the crowd and headbutts Penta with his loaded mask. Bálor hits the double stomp on Penta for the win.
Winners- Finn Balor & JD McDonagh
Grade: B
This was a great match to kick the night off. Penta is over, and Styles turned back the clock for this one and channelled TNA Styles. Styles was all over Bálor and McDonagh, with his moonsault DDT on the floor as the highlight. McDonagh is underrated and makes everyone he is in the ring with look like a world-beater. Bálor seemingly can’t catch a break. Brother can’t have a match without a member of The Judgement Day landing on him. This was good. Wouldn’t mind seeing these four clash again.

Winner- Roxanne Perez
Grade: B-
Considering the participant, there was no way this one wouldn’t be good. Lynch tried to start this off hot, but the crowd didn’t seem to care much. Once Perez started stringing together offense, they woke up. Perez, despite her size, will get the WWE Universe on her size as a compelling villain, which is tough to do in today’s WWE. The crowd was hot for the finish of this one and loved the double sharpshooter spot from the veteran Natalya. Side note, it would be nice to see Natalya win a meaningful match on Raw at some point.

Solid TV match. Sheamus has looked great since returning from injury. Waller is such a hateable bad guy that anyone beating him up will get a pop. This was fun to watch because Sheamus beat the brakes off of Waller tonight. At this point, this writer is over caring about Waller and Theory breaking up. WWE took so long to pull the trigger that it’s incredibly hard to care at this point.

Grade: C+
Prayers up for Zoey Stark. That looked bad, but hopefully it’s not too bad. With the injury, it’s hard to go in-depth here, but Ripley and Sane put together a tight singles match after Stark was injured. Predictably, Ripley won here, but Sane looks to have not missed a step since her injury. Sane managed to put up a heck of a fight against her much larger opponent. Ripley being in Money in the Bank makes the match that much bigger, but is having Ripley potentially win MITB a good idea or a bad idea? Let us know what you think in the comments!

Grade: B
Jey has been on fire the past few weeks. Between his amazing promos and improved in-ring work, Jey has been doing his damndest to prove his doubters wrong. Tonight was another notch in Jey’s belt, as this was a good one. Breakker used his power advantage to manhandle Jey. Jey fed off the crowd and had them eating out of the palm of his hand with each near fall. This match was destined not to have a finish; you can’t beat Jey or Breakker here, but it served as an opportunity to tie together a bunch of storylines heading into Saturday Night’s Main Event. It succeeded in spades.
WWE Raw Review:
This was a tale of two shows. The wrestling was largely solid, and the main event effectively tied several feuds together. With that, segments like the Logan Paul promo and the stalled Waller/Theory storyline reminded us that not all that glitters in WWE is gold. The crowd was engaged when it mattered, but it’s clear some feuds need more of a push heading into Saturday Night’s Main Event and Money in the Bank. Let us know what you think in the comments below!
