NXT Women’s Champion Giulia and Bayley proved to be an effective team as the duo took down Roxanne Perez and Cora Jade to kick off NXT.
Perez and Jade pulled out all of their wicked tactics and nearly had the match won, but the grit and resiliency of the veteran Bayley and The Beautiful Madness was too much to overcome.
Jade found herself in the unenviable spot of a two on one attack and one huge Flying Elbow allowed Bayley to pick up the win.

Trick Williams gets disqualified against Wes Lee
Trick Williams lost his cool and as a result got disqualified in his bout against Wes Lee.
Williams was still feeling the effects of a Fall From Grace from Femi, but he still fought valiantly against the former North American Champion.
As the two went back and forth, Williams did not listen to the official and even tossed him aside, resulting in a disqualification and making the former NXT Champion even more irate.
NXT Women’s North American Champion Fallon Henley def. Shotzi
The NXT Women’s North American Championship remains with Fatal Influence as Fallon Henley defeated Shotzi, but she also now knows her next challenger.
Henley targeted Shotzi’s surgically repaired knee and it proved to be a smart strategy as the challenger struggled to get her footing or put any pressure on her covers.
With Shotzi down, Henley hit Hoedown to retain her title, only for Stephanie Vaquer to emerge and make it clear that she has next.
Ethan Page def. Cedric Alexander
All Ego picked up yet another win thanks to his relentless assault on Cedric Alexander’s injured hand, leading to a huge Twist of Fate for the win.
After the match, Ethan Page attempted to injure Alexander even further, but Je’Von Evans sprung into action and neutralized his arch nemesis.
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Bianca Belair & Naomi def. Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson
Lash Legend and Jakara Jackson came just mere moments away from being WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions but in the end, Bianca Belair and Naomi walked out still champions.
The match was fiercely contested but it was kicked up a notch when Belair met Legend in the ring and the two traded moves, much to the delight of the Atlanta crowd.
Jackson had Naomi seemingly down for the three count, but Naomi flipped her hips and with Belair’s help set up a Double K.O.D. for the win.
