We now have an update on Dominik Mysterio‘s injury status heading into tonight’s episode of WWE RAW.
Earlier this month at AAA Guerra De Titanes, current WWE Intercontinental Champion and AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio suffered a shoulder injury during a tag team match where he and El Grande Americano took on Rey Mysterio and Rey Fenix.
Shortly following the event, Dave Meltzer reported that Mysterio was hurting following the matchup. Noting that he would be examined at some point that week. The implications of the holidays delayed his being looked at because, typically, it would have taken place that Monday at RAW. Unfortunately for Dirty Dom, that episode was taped.
But with tonight’s episode of WWE RAW just hours away, we have an update on Mysterio’s injury status leading into the show.
According to BodySlam+, Dominik Mysterio is reportedly in “good spirits” following his injury scare at the AAA event earlier this month. WWE will likely be cautious with him for the time being as they head into 2026.

Dominik Mysterio compares his career to his “alleged” father, Rey Mysterio
Any way you slice it, Dominik Mysterio has carved out a very impressive 2025 for himself.
Dominik Mysterio was a recent guest on Delivering Happiness. During the interview, Mysterio claims what he’s done in five years took his father 20-plus years to achieve.
“I’ve done things that my father, allegedly, I don’t know which one, took 20 plus years to achieve,” Dominik Mysterio said. “I’ve done it in less than a decade, in five years.”
