Feuds and grudges from the past year continue to spill over, on this edition of TNA Impact!
A hungry Savannah Evans is in action tonight, but first gets interrupted by Xia Brookside. Brookside says that at Turning Point she had Evans beat and unfortunately she’s not medically cleared. However, there is someone else who’s ready for revenge and it’s a returning Lei Ying Lee.
Lee charges at Evans and manages to get her off her feet and spilling to the outside. The strength advantage of Evans eventually manages to overpower Lee. After an intense back-and-forth, Evans attempts to setup a Full Nelson Bomb, but Lee manages to hit a Thunderstruck Kick to pick up the win.
Next, Rosemary has a haunting message for the TNA Knockouts World Champion, Masha Slamovich. Per the influence of Raven, Rosemary has sights set on dragging Slamovich into a Clockwork Orange House of Fun match. And leaving the match with the championship come Genesis.
George Iceman has a message from The Elegance Brand and will hold a pre-launch celebration for the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships, next week. Despite, Ash and Heather By Elegance having not won the titles. The Elegance Brand has a chance at the tag team titles come Genesis, against the current champions, Spitfire.
Standing by backstage is Jordynne Grace and she immediately has a message for Tessa Blanchard. If Blanchard wants a fight, Grace says to meet her in the ring.
Grace lays out the opportunity to Blanchard, and tells her to meet her right in the middle of the Impact Zone. Blanchard sneak attacks Grace, and the two begin to hammer on each other as security tries to break them up. The two are officially set to go one-on-one at Genesis.
What did you think of tonight’s TNA Impact? Has Evans been put to stop once and for all? Can Slamovich survive the House of Fun? Are The Elegance Brand celebrating prematurely? And who will be left standing amongst Grace and Blanchard? Let us know in the comments below!
