When Hikuleo is Expected to Make WWE NXT Debut Amid Continued Delay

Hikuleo signed with WWE several months ago, but there has been no clear sign of when he’ll make his debut. Fans have been guessing what might happen next, and now an expected timeline for his NXT debut has finally been revealed.

While speaking during a Q&A session on Sportskeeda Wrestlebinge, WrestleVotes was asked about Hikuleo’s current status with the company and when he is expected to debut on NXT.

WrestleVotes reported that Hikuleo is expected to debut in NXT around May or June. When he does, he is also expected to get a big push. It was noted that WWE officials like Hikuleo since he’s tall, skilled, and comes from a well-known wrestling family. Therefore, he is expected to be a big deal when he shows up.

“I see Hikuleo showing up on NXT in May or June. When he does, expect a big push. They like this guy—he’s big, he’s tall, he knows what he’s doing, and he’s got a strong family background. I expect a big push when he shows up.”

Fightful Select previously reported that Hikuleo has been listed on WWE’s internal roster for months. When people in WWE’s creative team were asked about him, it was noted that they were made aware he was signed, but he wasn’t factored into creative plans upon his being signed.

Hikuleo ended his time with NJPW at the Dominion event on June 9, 2024 and has not wrestled anywhere ever since as he made his way to WWE. Hikuleo’s time away from the ring seems to be part of a plan as he gets ready for what could be a big debut in NXT.

Therefore, we’ll have to wait and see if Hikuleo finally makes his debut in May or June this year and shows the NXT crowd what he’s capable of. It’s clear he’s ready to prove himself to the world, and fans can’t wait to see what he can accomplish in the developmental brand.
