Hot off the heels of WWE releasing multiple staff members yesterday, things have unfortunately shifted to the talent side this evening.
This post will be updated if more names are confirmed.
15 WWE Superstars have been released so far
UPDATE #5: Oro Mensah took to social media to post a message to the WWE Universe, tweeting out:
“15 years hard work and true sacrifice to make it to WWE. Always gave it my 110% and put my whole passion and body into the artform of pro-wrestling. Thank you for all the support! love y‘all *peace sign emoji,*” Oro Mensah said in a post.
Afterward, Sapp confirms this message was in response to being released. Minutes later, Sapp reported the release of Javier Bernal. Hence, Mensah and Benral are added below.
UPDATE #4: Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that Gallus has been released (Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, and Wolfgang). SRS has confirmed this report, and they have been added to the list below.
UPDATE #3: Mike Johnson of PWInsider is reporting that Jakara Jackson has been released. This comes days after Meta-Four was basically broken up on WWE NXT. SRS has basically confirmed this report, and she has been added to the list below.
UPDATE #2: Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp has confirmed that Gigi Dolin, Cora Jade, Eddy Thorpe, and Riley Osborne have been released. Their names have been added to the original post below.
UPDATE #1: While not confirmed, it appears Cora Jade has been released as well, based on her recent post on social media, tweeting out:
“Thankful for all the childhood dreams I got to live out! I have a lot to say in due time. Stay tuned xoxo,” Cora Jade said in a post.
Eddy Thorpe also posted a cryptic tweet with a pirate flag and a GIF indicating he might also be released. You can check it out in the embedded post below.

Baszler has taken to social media to confirm her release, tweeting out the following statement:
“No one can offer what I have to offer. Reality. Let the Galaxy burn,” Shayna Baszler said in a post.
