Ever Since Nikki Bella returned during the January 6th edition of RAW, fans and wrestlers alike have been speculating whether she will make her in-ring return to the company soon as well. With the Royal Rumble taking place today, Nia Jax decided to put Bella on notice in case she shows up at the event.
While speaking on The Angle podcast, Nia Jax responded to a question about whether she would eliminate Nikki Bella if she returned during the Royal Rumble. She expressed her admiration for Nikki’s talent and contributions in her era but made it clear that she would still eliminate her from the match if given the chance. Jax confidently stated that no matter what, she would toss Bella over the top rope.
“Oh, absolutely. I mean, Nikki Bella is so talented, and in her era, she did such a great job. I feel as though this era would fit perfectly with her too, being as athletic as she is. So, I would love to see Nikki Bella show up, and I mean, I would… Sorry, Nikki, I’d toss you over the top rope either way, but I would love to get in the ring with her.”
According to Fightful Select, Nikki Bella’s name was mentioned among talent as a potential entrant for the Royal Rumble, stating, “Nikki Bella’s name was discussed among talent as a possible Royal Rumble entrant.”
To make it even more interesting, Nikki Bella also recently made it clear that she feels she still has what it takes to compete inside the squared circle. However, we’ll have to wait and see if Nikki Bella will make her in-ring return at the Royal Rumble and beyond. Fans believe that would be the best move for her.
