Scotland teams are headed to Yorkshire next month for international action in cross country.
And we are delighted today to name those athletes to represent us at the British Cross Challenge event in Leeds on Saturday 8 February.
Scotland teams at Senior and U20 level will compete in the Home Countries International.
Scotland teams at U23, U20 and U17 level will compete in the Celtic Nations XC event.
There are 32 athletes selected across the two events and the four age groups and Inter-District XC gold medallists Jamie Crowe and Lynn McKenna both feature.
Many congratulations to all those athletes selected for Leeds and to their families, coaches and clubs involved in their development over a number of years.
Make it no fewer than 17 clubs represented and brilliant to see the representation stretch from Shetland AAC to Gala Harriers and many compass points in between.
Ross County AC and Strathearn Harriers each have two selections and the spread includes Springburn Harriers, East Kilbride and Bellahouston Harriers which from memory not had too many Scotland vests in recent years.
