Sharing a post on his official Twitter handle, Gilbert wrote, “we adopted this beautiful girl yesterday. she is 14 weeks old from Paw works.” Further, he also shared a picture of his pet, who looked sad and weak. The picture was heart-melting for fans as they reacted to it in large numbers.

The legendary coach, who has worked with the likes of Andre Agassi and Andy Roddick, once went on to reveal about his partnership with Gauff. Talking about the latter, he said, “really enjoyed 1st tournament. She is extremely hardworking and very humble.” As a result, Gilbert’s partnership with Gauff has been on the right track from Day 1 itself.
